Lindsay Lohan’s mother remembers seeing Chrissy Teigen’s hurtful tweet

Actress Lindsay Lohan’s mother has opened up about the pain her family is experiencing after seeing a hurtful 2011 tweet about her daughter by Chrissy Teigen.

Teigen, 35, was criticized for tweeting in which he bullied people, including model Courtney Stodden.

‘When someone says hurtful words, they not only hurt that person, they also hurt their siblings, and their mother their grandmother. “They are in so much pain,” Dina Lohan told The New York Post, Page Six reported.

The tweet in question was a graphic one that has since been removed. “Lindsay adds a few more slits to her wrists when she sees Emma Stone,” Teigen wrote. Around that time, Lindsay admitted that she herself had suffered harm amid her battles with mental health, addiction, and intense public scrutiny.

After the setback in May, Teigen apologized for harassing Stodden a decade ago through tweets and direct messages such as “I can not wait for you to die.”

‘I’m tired and sad about who I was. I was an insecure, attention-grabbing troll, “Teigen tweeted at the time.” I’m ashamed and completely ashamed of my behavior, but it’s nothing compared to how I made Courtney feel.

Teigen, the wife of singer John Legend and author of cookbooks, has since given up her voice in the Netflix series ‘Never Have I Ever’ and has reportedly lost approval deals.

On the work front, Dubai resident Lindsay has good things to look forward to and is preparing for her return with a Netflix rom-com.

“Lindsay is 34 now, she’s big, but everyone’s looking to the future,” Dina told The Post. “She said, ‘Mom, I’m ready to make movies again, I want to do what I love and what makes me happy. ”
