Kamaal R Khan, popularly known as KRK, alleges that Bollywood actor Salman Khan filed a defamation charge against him in a court in Mumbai. ‘Salman Khan has filed a defamation suit with me for review of #Radhe meaning he is too much affected by my review. That is why I will no longer judge his films, ”tweeted KRK to his 5.1 million followers. KRK, along with a majority of Bollywood critics in India and the UAE, has pledged its Eid release ‘Radhe’, directed by Prabhu Deva. KRK claims the lawsuit was excessive and begged Khan’s father to reconsider. He labeled screenwriter and lyricist Salim Khan, claiming he did not have the mission to destroy his son’s career. “I rate movies just for fun. If I know Salman is affected by my review, I will not review it. If he could have asked me not to judge his film, I would not have judged it, ”writes Khan, Gulf News has commented on Khan’s team in Mumbai, but they have yet to respond. KRK famously tore the action film apart and was terrified as he chose his words.
‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ describes Khan as a rebel man seeking to clear up the drug threat in Mumbai. Bad acting, a tumultuous script and too many songs bothered this entertainer. According to PTI, Khan’s legal team will file the case for urgent hearing before an additional judge of the Mumbai City Court on May 27. “I have said so many times that I never judge films by any producer or actor when he asks me not to judge,” KRK claims. ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ is now appearing in UAE cinemas and has remained one of the best deserved Bollywood films in the UAE box office for the past two years. Despite the negative reviews, it seems that Khan’s stars may still attract his fans in the cinemas.
